BIOGRAPHY
Originally from Manila, Philippines, Rowena began her medical career in 1993, migrated to Missouri, USA in 1994, practiced PT in State of Arkansas until 1997 and relocated to Florida in 2004. Offering over 20 years of experience providing physical therapy services in a variety of settings which include inpatient acute/rehab hospital, outpatient orthopedics, home health and geriatric orthopedics. Devoted 15 years of specialization in orthopedic physical therapy. Rowena is very passionate with PT profession, engage with evidence based practice to ensure delivery of the highest quality health care. She loves people and enjoys helping patients attain their utmost potential. Rowena is an active member of the music ministry of New Life Assembly of God. She enjoys singing, dancing, kayaking, gardening/growing orchids and biking with her husband and 2 children. Rowena has a passion for reaching out people, actively involve in Outreach Ministry, doing overseas mission work, enjoying the work of God has called her to do, sharing the love of Christ and making a difference in the lives of others.
Currently, Rowena is training for Dry Needling Certification and Spinal Manipulation at American Academy of Manipulative Therapy.
