BIOGRAPHY

Blake was born and raised in Northwest Ohio. While attending the University of Arkansas he was a member of the Orthopedic Trauma Team, gaining valuable experience in the field of Orthopedic’s. Blake has been a part of Dr. Eichten’s team since joining the group in 2016, assisting him in surgery and during office hours. In his free time you will find Blake at the gym, fishing or playing soccer with friends.
